Food and Income Security

AAH-I is committed to helping communities become food secure and gain better livelihoods. In many of the places where we work, communities face serious food security challenges.

Our work aims to increase community capacity to improve food and income security through promotion of better farming and animal husbandry practices. Our projects are also linked to environmental management and climate change initiatives. The projects also support market development and access for farmers. In refugee settings, AAH-I is successfully implementing livelihood projects to increase refugees’ self-reliance and resilience.
